John Tait hut is part way up the beautiful Travers Valley in Nelson Lakes National Park. It nestles between the beech forest and the Travers River. A great spot for fishing and a welcome place to stay on your tramp . Watercolor on Fabriano, available unframed, this painting is one of my tramping hut collection.
